The Web site is written in HTML format so that it is accessible from any Web browser on any computer where it's stored. Rather than having to type the URLs (Universal Record Locators) into your browser for each Web site you want to visit, you only have to click on the address and follow the links. When you are online, your computer takes you to the actual Web site. Anyone who registers will receive quarterly updates. All links are checked periodically and dead Web sites are eliminated. New Web sites come with brief descriptions.
