![]() Carmen LealCarmen Leal is the author of, Faces of Huntington's, a book for and about people with Huntington's Disease, and others who care*. She has been published in Focus on the Family's Single Parent Family Magazine, Simon and Schuster, and numerous local publications. Her writings will be appearing in Linda Evans Shepherd's Heart--Stirring Stories of Romance (Broadman and Holman Publications), and a new book of miracle stories published by William Morris and Co. In addition to her writing, Carmen is a professional speaker and singer. As a companion to the book, Faces of Huntington's, her musical CD was released in May, 1999. Carmen is married to, David Pock, who has Huntington's Disease and is the inspiration for her book on that subject. She is also the mother of two teenage sons. In addition to speaking at churches and conventions, Carmen speaks in the community on behalf of the Mustard Seed Furniture Bank and the Heart of Florida United Way. ![]() Eva Marie EversonEva Marie Everson grew up in a rural southern town in Georgia. She is married, has three children and lives in Orlando, Florida, where she currently writes for several ministries and publications, including Life Devotion Ministries, Inc. She teaches Old Testament Theology at Life Training Center, Longwood, Florida, and homeschools her youngest daughter, a senior in high school. She publishes a daily internet devotional ministry, Debbie's Place. Eva Marie is a noted speaker on a variety of subjects designed to develop intimate relationships with God. She has also been accepted in a number of publications, including works by Kathy Collard Miller, Peggy Munson, and Lynn Morrissey.
